Session Log 1/14/2001 Log

-- Start log: Sunday, January 14, 2001 9:03:56 am LunaSoft MOO time --

GM says, "quick recap: everyone except Corin is back in prison. Garomach is sentenced to death; the rest are to be sold into slavery; Portia is being fined heavily and is being held just until her father arrives to pay it"
GM says, "basically you have two days before the execution and slave auction, so i guess we should see what Corin wants to do about it. if anything..."
Corin says, "((make sure I secure a good seat?))"
Corin says, "((j/k, lemme think))"
Bodoni (Corin: *Skips town with the cash!* Hehhe...)
Corin inquires into how much slaves are usually auctioned for.
Corin asks Modag if possible.
GM says, "you understand that a fairly common value is 5 years' worth of labor"
Corin says, "((so depending on their skills, is their price?))"
Corin says, "((this mottled crew will sell for less than nothing, then. *grin*))"
Bodoni (Hey! :P ;D)
GM says, "sure, it's dependent on skill and other things. highly skilled slaves sometimes sold for scores of gold solidi"
GM says, "even hundreds"
Corin asks Modag if he can buy them at the auction.
GM says, "it's unlikely that this crew will go for that much"
GM says, "[Modag] young Corin, i want to help you, but..."
Bodoni (You're causing me to go broke! :D)
Corin says, "but?""
GM says, "[Modag] well, i'm well off but don't have endless pockets."
Renard [to Corin]: consider teaming with portia's father...
Corin hurries over to find Fastaulus, while staying away from guards.
GM says, "[Modag] i could probably buy each of them, but in order to recoup my expenses they'd have to actually work for me for a considerable period of time. i couldn't manumit them immediately."
Corin says, "They may go for that....whats their alternative?""
GM says, "[Modag] being sold to someone else."
Bodoni (Personal bodyguards to an astrologer? Hmmmm... :))
Corin says, "who will keep them for probably longer."
GM says, "[Modag] however, i don't immediately have any use for five slaves. i'm not sure how valuable they'd be to me."
Renard ...but the world's ending soon, what good are they, then, to Modag?? :)
Corin says, "At the end of the world, not all will die, and there will be fighting, etc for supplies. You will need guards to protect what you have.""
Bodoni (LOL! good one Renard. :))
GM says, "[Modag] i am not sure how the end will transpire. in some legends, the Christian one for example, those in a state of grace will be raised to heaven. the remainder will remain on Earth to fight against the forces of Satan."
Corin looks frustratingly at Modag. "What should I do then? I cant just let anyone buy them!"
GM says, "[Modag] this is actually a common theme. but in other legends, the Earth will be totally destroyed, to be born anew at a later time as the phoenix."
GM says, "[Modag] *ahem* oh yes, your friends"
GM says, "[Modag] i will need to give it some thought, and consult the stars."
GM says, "[Modag] five IS a number of power, after all, of great mystic significance... *he trails off into incoherent mumbling*"
Corin nods unconvincingy and turns away, hurrying over to Faustulus's inn while avoiding guards.
GM says, "the guard that was previously posted near the inn is no longer in evidence."
Corin enters the Inn, looking for Fautulus.
GM says, "[Faustulus] hello, my boy. congratulations on the trial!"
Corin says, "Congratulations? They will be sold as slaves!"
Corin says, "Including Portia!"
GM says, "[Faustulus] but they will remain alive, and Portia is merely being fined, not sold as a slave. her father will be upset with her, but she will be fine. your friends should consider themselves lucky they are keeping their heads!"
Corin says, "Can you buy them from their slavery?"
GM says, "[Faustulus] me? i could not afford five slaves, certainly not warriors such as those. i might be able to purchase a scullery maid if it was necessary."
Corin says, "Who do you think will buy them?"
GM says, "[Faustulus] i couldn't say. in a large city like Lugdunum there must be many with the need and means for slaves."
GM says, "[Faustulus] of course, they may not all be bought by the same person."
Corin says, "So there is nothing you can do for my friends? And I never thought that they may get split up!"
Joseph has disconnected.
GM says, "[Faustulus] i have already done something for your friends! i have spoken up for them in their hour of need, and saved them from execution!"
Corin says, "This is true, and I thank you for it."
Joseph has connected.
Corin says, "((any ideas guys?))"
GM says, "[Faustulus] you think i don't want to help my friend Bodoni? we fought side by side for many years, boy. can YOU say that?"
GM says, "[Faustulus] but what can i do? i'm but a simple innkeeper. i have a wife to support and a business to run, and i have to keep bread on the table and wine in the cellar."
Corin shakes his head. "No, Bodoni has been in Praesus since I was born, 15 years ago. He has been good to me..." Corin says sadly.
Corin says, "Any idea what I could do?""
Caralchis (if you can somehow raise a huge amount of money, you could buy us, or maybe get someone else to because i'm guessing you don't want to be seen much)
GM says, "[Faustulus] *sigh* no. return home, perhaps. or make a life for yourself here. there are always opportunities for a talented young man"
Corin remembers his mother at home, and yearns to see her again.
Corin says, "I must try something.""
GM says, "(ooc: the amount you'd need to raise would be *on the order of* 20 solidi, maybe more maybe less. remember that one solidus = $1000.)"
Corin says, "((I should murder Modag and steal his money.*grin*))"
Corin says, "((Or just steal his money?))"
GM says, "(ooc: your character would be largely unaware of these details, being ignorant of arithmetic. probably wouldn't be very good at auction strategy either.)"
Bodoni (Yeah, man, you got 'armor' waiting at home... might as well pick it up. heh. :D)
GM says, "hopefully, Modag's life and valuables aren't protected mystically :)"
Corin says, "((bah, you're low into magic *grin* ))"
Corin says, "((in the end, I will probably just wait until the auction to see what happens.))"
GM says, "i'm biding my time. you wouldn't have said that the session after fighting Miraguntha and the possessed wolves. ;)"
Corin says, "((tis true...forgot that time. THose wolves were nasty too.))"
Bodoni (Rubs his throat....*hrm* :D)
GM says, "the next day is the Sabbath. Corin, where are you staying? at Modag's or Faustulus'?"
Corin stays at Modag's, and pokes aroundthere when Modag is not home.
GM says, "looking for anything in particular?"
Corin says, "a giant chest of $20000?"
GM says, "(straight face) you don't find one of those"
Corin looks to see if there is anything valuable within sight, without leaving evidence he was looking.
GM says, "there's a lot that looks potentially valuable: glass vials, pieces of ivory, nice clothing, scrolls"
GM says, "make a Merchant roll"
Corin rolls 3 + 0.
Result [4 2 1] = 7 + 0 = 7.
Bodoni (OMG!)
GM says, "you make a wild guess that the stuff you can see is worth somewhere between $2k and $10k"
Corin cant figure out how he would sell this stuff in time, or how much he'll need anyway. He slips a piece of ivory into his pocket, but leaves the rest.
Corin awaits the auction date.
GM says, "when you pick them up, the ivory pieces are about the size of half a playing card, and about the same shape, too: rectangular and flat. they have some sort of arcane engravings, a different one on each piece."
Corin says, "(does it appear to be part of a set? Like domino's?)"
GM says, "well, the pieces are the same size, but the engravings aren't understandable"
Corin says, "((but they do appear to be related to each other?))"
GM says, "what sort of indication would help you to decide this?"
Corin says, "((were they all together? same material? color?))"
Corin says, "((ivory same i presume, oops.))"
GM says, "they're all ivory, they were lying in a pile on a table, and they're all ivory-colored"
Corin says, "How many altogether?"
Corin says, "approx?"
GM says, "more than 15, less than 50"
Corin says, "((should i take it all or leave it?))"
Corin says, "((asks the group))"
Bodoni (Don't take anything for a possible wizard, Corin...)
Renard the little angel appears over your right shoulder and says, "Corin, don't steal!"... the little devil over your left shoulder says, "Corin, take whatever you can and burn the rest!"
Bodoni (On the other hand, I've never actually seen a human polymorphed into a frong before. This should be interesting. :D)
Bodoni (frog)
Corin decides Modag has been good to him, and leaves it all there.
GM says, "(frong: a long trident-tipped spear used to hunt small amphibians in New Guinea)"
Bodoni (Are you serious?)
GM says, "ok, but just for the record: you did pick up a few of the ivory pieces to look at them. um, in case it comes up later, for any reason whatsoever. not that it will, of course. necessarily."
Corin says, "((hint hint))"
Bodoni (*snickers*)
GM [to Bodoni]: i dunno about 'frong', i just made that up :)
Corin says, "((cant blame me for touching them))"
Corin sits and waits with his frong.
GM says, "ok, if Corin has no plans for the Sabbath, then we'll move on... incidentally, do you have any plans to save Garomach from execution?"
Corin says, "me?"
Corin feels like he has to save the world. *grin*
GM says, "hey, YOU wanted to escape :)"
Corin thinks garomach has accepted and resigned to his fate.
Renard [to Corin]: one might have used all this time to go find Marshall Hrothgar
Corin says, "who would do what?"
Corin says, "(I still have the carruca and its horses.)"
Renard -- well, didn't we hear that Hrothgar had kidnapped Euric's sister somewhere out of town??
Corin says, "(so which direction would i ride in?)"
Renard -- you know, from that prisoner we talked through through the walls... (uh, of course, Corin wasn't there, was he....
GM says, "that's true... Corin isn't actually aware that hrothgar is involved in any of this."
Corin buys a dagger, a hooded leather jacket, and a bow/quiver with his money while he waits.
Corin already has a spatha from Faustulus.
GM says, "you have to wait until the day after the Sabbath to do that - no selling on the holy day"
Corin says, "ok, first thing the next morn."
GM says, "did Faustulus GIVE you that sword or LEND it to you?"
Renard says, " tee hee"
Corin says, "I forget :)"
Corin says, "I intend to return it when I am done :)"
GM says, "one sec..."
Corin says, "uh oh"
Corin sleeps very lightly, tossing and turning worried about his friends.
GM says, "ok, it was not entirely clear what the arrangement was with Faustulus and his sword. he hasn't mentioned it, though."
Corin says, "((that old fart wont need it again anyway))"
GM says, "just for completeness: do RJB&C do anything while locked in prison? not much TO do, i know..."
Bodoni (Pray on the Sabbath..admire Garamond for accepting his death like a Roman, even if he is a Frank? ;D)
Bodoni (Garomach... sorry....)
Joseph says, "I can't think of any way to escape, or persuade the guards to let us go out of the kindness of their hearts. "
Bodoni (My freind in Ultima Online is named Garamond. heh.)
Renard -we play mind games. eg: "What number am I thinking of?", and "What's the capitol of Burgandium?"
GM [to Bodoni]: what's with your friends and fonts, anyway?
Bodoni (It's kinda funny... no one else in Ultima gets it. Heheh)
Joseph says, "(to Renard)-I spy with my little eye something that begins with 'R'-- "rat"-- that's right! how'd you guess?"
Bodoni (Bodoni answers: *Points* Because they're chewing through the wall!!!!!)
Caralchis is generally gloomy, mostly because of Garomach's impending doom
GM says, "ok, just checking :) the Sabbath comes and goes and no priest visits you in your dank little cell. you get black bread and murky water - as usual."
Corin says, "(I should jhave disguised as a priest and came to visit you.)"
GM says, "as afternoon fades into twilight, the wind starts to pick up and you can see dark clouds through the little window."
Bodoni glances outside at the impending storm
Bodoni says, "Hrm...appropriate, I'd think..."
GM says, "a thunderstorm hits the city that night, washing the streets clean and leaving the air fresh when morning arrives"
Bodoni (That's a metaphore, isn't it? :D)
Caralchis (hopefully it will somehow convince Modag to save us)
GM says, "corin goes out to buy his stuff... roll Merchant again, Corin"
Corin rolls 3 + 0.
Result [6 1 1] = 8 + 0 = 8.
Corin says, "heh"
GM says, "you get everything at a pretty fair value"
Corin says, "cool"
Bodoni (The boy's got 'weighted scales' in his blood I tell ya! ;D)
GM says, "when you say 'dagger', do you mean a dagger or a knife?"
Corin says, "knife"
Corin says, "but a dagger will suffice"
Corin wants to use the hood to hide his face at the auction.
GM says, "you compromise and get a small knife ($30) and the hooded leather jacket ($70)"
Corin says, "bow/quiver/arrows?"
GM says, "the bow is $100, plus 20 arrows for $40. so subtract $240 from your cash"
Corin says, "ok"
GM says, "oh yeah, i've skipped your healing rolls as well... remember that horse bite you got?"
Corin says, "yes, on the left shoulder?"
GM says, "make two HT rolls at -3"
Corin rolls 3 + 0.
Result [5 2 6] = 13 + 0 = 13.
Corin rolls 3 + 0.
Result [3 2 1] = 6 + 0 = 6.
GM says, "made one, missed one. make another roll at no penalty."
Corin rolls 3 + 0.
Result [5 4 6] = 15 + 0 = 15.
Bodoni (Mad horse disease? ;P)
GM says, "ok, you still have one point of damage left."
Corin says, "ok"
GM says, "switching to RBJ&C... early on Monday morning, you are awakened by the warden"
Caralchis rubs his eyes and grunts tiredly
GM says, "he has guards with him, who come into your cell to place your chains on your ankles and tied your wrists, as before"
Bodoni opens his eyes, and says nothing, having slept fitfully through the night
GM says, "[warden] well (he sneers) it's your big day. look alive for the crowd, now!"
Bodoni turns to Joseph "I'm sorry ye may not see your mother or brother's again, lad.
Joseph says, "I know Dad. I wish there was something we could do for Garomach"
Bodoni nods silently, but says nothing specifically about Garomach
Renard so I guess Portia's dad ain't here yet to bid on us
Bodoni (I seriously doubt he'd buy us out of the goodness of his heart.)
GM says, "marching order this time is Renard, Johan, Joseph, Caralchis, Bodoni"
caralchiss [Guest] has arrived.
caralchiss [Guest] says, "ok.. that was weird"
caralchiss [Guest] says, "my cable connection seems to have just gone down.. luckily I have an alternate dial up connection, but then the Moo stopped working"
GM says, "as you are prepared to be marched out of the prison, another man, pasty-skinned and black-bearded, approaches to speak to the warden"
GM says, "he is the factor who will handle the transfer of assets from the city to the buyer"
GM says, "as the guards form ranks and begin to march you out of the prison and towards the market square, the factor starts to ask you questions"
GM says, "[factor] you're probably scared going into this, but let me assure you that if you take the proper attitude, you have nothing to worry about"
caralchiss [Guest] brightens, "you will instruct us as to what is the proper attitude.. or are we to discern that for ourselves?"
Caralchis has disconnected.
GM says, "[factor] what buyers are looking for varies, but the more skilled you are the less chance you will end up as a brute laborer, which is what you want to avoid"
Renard says, "Sir, I for one am grateful for my life, but I should tell you that my brother here won't be worth much unless he is sold along with me. He's a slow one, with a temper, and would probably end up being quite difficult to handle."
caralchiss [Guest] has disconnected.
The housekeeper arrives to remove caralchiss [Guest].
Caralchis has connected.
Renard [to GM]: scratch that, not a 'temper', but...just 'wild'
GM says, "[factor] (fixing Caralchis with a steely glare) the proper attitude is NOT one of derision. that will just get you flogged by any decent master."
GM says, "[factor] (addressing johan) good, good. what useful things can you two do, then?"
GM says, "(sorry, addressing renard, not johan)"
Caralchis ("let me check my cahracter sheet :)!)
Caralchis says, "I fought in the Roman army, and like to think I can carry myself well in battle..."
Caralchis says, "I also have acquired some skills for singing and story telling"
Renard says, "..."
Renard says, "Bodyguards are the best use for us. We are tough, loyal."
Bodoni says nothing, merely standing in silent, proud defiance
GM says, "[factor] and you can fight, i presume?"
Renard says, "Of course."
Renard says, "Armed or unarmed"
GM [to Bodoni]: actually, you're being force-marched... in sildent, proud defiance, if you like :)
Bodoni (Right... Heh...forgot we wuz marchin' ;D)
GM says, "[factor] (addressing joseph) and you, boy? you have not yet grown the hair on your chin, what can you do?"
Joseph says, "I can read and write, do sums, teach the trivium"
GM says, "[factor] ah, that CAN be useful... scribes often fetch a good price"
Joseph says, "but please good sir, don't separate me from my father"
GM says, "[factor] as do teachers of scribes. although monks are beginning to take over those markets. but we shall see."
GM says, "[factor] this old man here is your father?"
Bodoni says, "Don't argue with the man. I most likely will be put to work. At least ye have a chance."
Renard [to Joseph]: maybe he'll sell you into monk-hood. ;)
Joseph says, "he's my father, yes."
Bodoni gets annnoyed at the word 'old man'
GM says, "[factor] (to bodoni) you would not enjoy that, old man. don't you have any salable skills?"
Joseph wonders how we can all stay close to one another. will we ever see each other again?
Bodoni says, "I'm a blacksmith, I was a soldier of some skill...I was currently more a merchant than anything else."
Bodoni says, "my life has been nothing but hard work, you see."
GM says, "[factor] blacksmith and soldier, then... good, good. much better than pitching manure, quarrying stone, or the like. you will see."
Bodoni merely grunts a bit, but says nothing more
GM says, "the factor seems quite pleased with the interview, and by the time you are done you have arrived at the market square, where a large area has been marked off"
GM says, "no sign of Garomach or Portia, btw"
GM says, "Corin, you've made your purchases here in the market, so you are there when the prisoners are brought in"
Corin notes the number of guards.
GM says, "two in front, two behind, as before"
Renard [to Corin]: can you buy one of us? perhaps waiting to see how the sales are going, whether some of us are purchased together, or if one of us is bought into a shitty situation...
Corin says, "((how much money do I have left?))"
Bodoni (could be worse...we could've been build on 50 points... then we'd have next to no 'sellable' skills...)
Bodoni (built..)
GM says, "[factor] i have some business to attend to now, but i will return shortly and the auction will proceed"
Renard says, "...hullo out there?"
Corin says, "((whispers))"
GM says, "whispering..."
Renard says, "[gotcha]"
GM says, "the factor goes away, and a crowd starts to gather"
Corin looks around at the crowd.
GM says, "several times way is made for arriving nobles, who show up in their fine carrucae"
GM says, "Euric is there, with Darius and a retinue"
Corin notices Darius and scowls to himself.
GM says, "it is nearly an hour before the factor returns with another man"
GM says, "it is perhaps 10 in the morning by the time the auction gets underway"
GM says, "the other man is the auctioneer; he steps forward to speak"
GM says, "he has a brisk, strong voice, that carries well over the crowd noise"
GM says, "[auctioneer] Citizens of Lugdunum! Burgundians!"
GM says, "[a] these prisoners were captured by our city guards, tried in a court of law, and have been sentenced to slavery."
GM says, "[a] aside from their obvious lack of respect for the law, they are all trained in combat and some have other skills besides."
GM says, "[a] let us begin with an interesting specimen to kick things off properly! (he points to caralchis, motioning to the guard to untie him and bring him forward, which he does)"
Corin notes that they untied Caralchis. Will they do the same to all of them eventually, he wonders?
GM says, "[a] this man is a warrior, AND a poet! someone to carry out your martial orders during the day, and regale your family with stories at night!"
GM says, "(ooc: they untied him from the others, but his wrists are still tied. of course, presumably they're all going to be untied eventually - can't work if you're shackled and tied up)"
GM says, "brb"
Renard [to GM]: there's no preview of the whole crew before auction?
Corin says, "((When will they do the branding? *grin*))"
GM [to Renard]: not other than what i already gave, no.
GM says, "[a] let's open the bidding at one semi (ooc: $500)"
Renard [to GM]: I meant for the crowd...
GM says, "various nobles quickly quadruple this price, and the auctioneer hears the bids happily"
Corin thinks he has no chance of buying any of his friends.
GM says, "then Euric shouts, 'three solidi!'"
Corin says, "((afk for a few, doorbell))"
GM says, "an unknown person in the crowd who has been silent up to now and doesn't look like a noble: 'three solidi, one tremis!'"
Caralchis watches with interest
GM says, "Euric and this new guy bid back and forth a couple of times, and the new guy wins at just over four solidi."
GM says, "[a] excellent selection, sir!"
Corin says, "(b)"
GM says, "he moves on to the others, and Modag taps Corin on the shoulder. "How goes it so far?""
Corin looks disparingly at Modag. "There is nothing I can do! They will be separated!"
GM says, "[Modag] oh, that's interesting. Augax bought Caralchis. wonder what he's up to."
Corin says, "Did you consul the stars?" Corin tries not to sound snide."
GM says, "[Modag] they were most informative, yes. unfortunately my interpretation of their counsel is not to purchase your friends unless they are in dire need. so far they don't appear to be."
Corin says, "WHat would be dire need then!""
Corin says, "Who is Augax, anyway?""
GM says, "the auctioneer has brought Bodoni up to the block - he's a tougher sell, being older and paunchy. this new guy wins the bid here as well, for around two solidi."
Bodoni (hey! :D)
GM says, "[Modag] i've met him but don't know him well. he's a merchant who passes through here every year. travels extensively, i understand."
Corin says, "(Corin thinks he may have enough to buy Bodoni an abb-roller machine.)"
Corin says, "He has bought both so far."
Bodoni (Hey! :P ;D)
GM says, "[Modag] i cannot imagine what he would want with slaves, though. i am sure he has hired guards."
Renard Augax isn't a gladiator broker is he? ;)
Corin says, "Perhaps you could find out?""
GM says, "following Bodoni, Joseph is brought forward"
GM says, "[a] now look at this youth! he's at a very trainable age, just at the cusp of adulthood, and old enough to start working right away. and he is trained as a scribe AND a warrior. come on, now, open your money pouches - let us open the bidding at two tremis."
Corin says, "((how many tremis in a solidi?))"
GM says, "(ooc: solidus = $1000, semis = 1/2 solidus, tremis = 1/3 solidus, follis = $1)"
Renardo [Guest] has arrived.
Renardo [Guest] says, "bah"
GM says, "Augax makes a pre-emptive bid of four solidi"
Corin says, "wow, Augax really wants them.""
GM says, "the crowd is stunned, and every eye turns to the gathered nobles, who look at one another in amazement."
GM says, "it is clear that they are trying to decide how much their honor is worth compared to the value of the slave himself."
GM says, "a noble that Euric is looking at pointedly finally speaks up, just as the auctioneer is preparing to end the matter, "five solidi!""
GM says, "the sound of heads swiveling as the crowd turns back to Augax is an audible swish."
Caralchis (lol)
Corin says, "(actually turned my own head to see if I heard a sound *grin* )"
Bodoni (heheh....)
GM says, "Augax licks his lips, staring back at the noble, and says, "five solidi, one semis.""
GM says, "Euric then states, calmly and clearly: 'eight solidi.'"
Corin says, "(Euric wants a eunoch)"
GM says, "once again, the crowd gasps in amazement. Augax shrugs and shakes his head."
Renard has disconnected.
Renardo [Guest] (we'll just have to steal him from Euric once Augax buys the rest of us)
GM says, "[a] eheu! a handsome price indeed, and SOLD to Lord Euric for eight gold solidi. congratulations, noble sir."
Renardo [Guest] says, "(brb)"
Renardo [Guest] has disconnected.
The housekeeper arrives to remove Renardo [Guest].
Renard has connected.
Renard says, "hm"
GM says, "renard and johan are the only two left."
Corin says, "(I may have to leave early)"
GM says, "[Modag] that's what i was afraid of, Corin. Lord Euric buying them is a dire situation, but i can't compete with eight solidi. *sigh* this does not bode well."
GM [to Corin]: we'll wrap things up in the next five minutes, ok?
Corin says, "Why is it bad if Euric buys him?""
Corin says, "(ok)"
Bodoni his shoulder's sag greatly for a moment in the face of the situation, but he quickly forces himself to straighten, despite his sadness
GM says, "[Modag] i presume he wants to exact some form of revenge. i'm sure he was not overly satisfied with the results of the trial."
Corin says, "expensive revenge""
GM says, "after the heated bidding for Joseph, Johan and Renard are snapped up by Augax for relative bargain prices in the 3-4 solidus range."
GM says, "[Modag] indeed. but he has deep pockets."
Corin says, "maybe we can help him escape?""
Renard [to Corin]: you've got a down-payment on some thugs...
Joseph wonders what eight thousand dollars worth of revenge is going to entail...
GM says, "as the factor approaches Lord Euric to handle the payment and transfer of asset, the crowd noise begins to rise again"
Corin heads towards where Eurica nd the factor are, trying to get close to Joseph.
Bodoni tries to get to Joseph "He can't."
GM says, "beginning from the other end of the market, in the direction of the prison, the crowd starts cheering, jeering, yelling incoherently"
Corin looks towards the prison, trying to see what the noise is about.
Renard says, "execution time?"
GM says, "you notice how close the sun is to its zenith. the commotion reaches the central area where the auction is going on, and then the crowd parts and Garomach is led out, shackled at ankles and wrists, bruised and stumbling."
GM says, "*** END SESSION ***"
