Correct/Incorrect Test Answers

If you've set up tests on your LunaSoft site and are seeing typographical answers that appear to be correct but are being marked incorrect, it's possible that (1) there's either a misspelling (e.g., students are inputting "12346" when the correct answer is "12345") or (2) there are more spaces in the student's answer than in the correct response (e.g., "12345[space]" rather than "12345").

Whether or not a student's response on a test is in capital letters, lowercase letters, or a combination of both should not make a difference in this regard (e.g., "DAD", "Dad", and "dad" will be all be interpreted as correct if the answer was coded in as any of those three spellings).
