If you receive a message "could not find a user for that email address", you will need to contact your website administrator to determine the email address that was setup when your account was created. You may have recently changed your email address or possibly was put in with the incorrect spelling. A site administrator can resolve these issues. If you do not have a site administrator - submit a support ticket for further assistance.
