I tried to view a reply on my help desk ticket, used the credentials I use for my website, but why am I getting a message that my credentials aren't correct?

The password on your website's admin won't work on lunawebs.com as they are different websites. All you need to do is set a password for your lunawebs account to view the replies on the ticket, which you can do by clicking the "forgot your password?" link at that help desk page.
